In February of this year I was writing down ideas for what a sourdough Cottage Bakery would look like. Al and I were in Florida at the time... the weather was unusually cool and a bit rainy and I had a little extra time from the RV. I started to create this website and then thought, "I'm really getting ahead of myself here... I don't even know what this is or if will be successful." And with that thought... I drafted the website and moved on. And here we are. It's the end
